About VCD Nepal

VCD Nepal (Volunteer for Community Development – Nepal) is an officially registered non-governmental and nonprofit organization. It is registered with the social welfare council of Nepal.

Our mission is to provide the local people with skills and knowledge so that they can ultimately help themselves to progress as a community. Our volunteers work with local people to assist in the provision of education, environmental awareness and medical services.

We established in 2007, and have since then had over 3000 volunteers from all over the world.

The ultimate goal of VCD Nepal is to give Nepali people the necessary tools to help themselves.
